Further Arrests in Florence Armed Robbery as Investigation Continues

The rigorous investigation into a disturbing armed robbery last month in Florence has yielded more results as two additional suspects were taken into custody by the local police. The pursuit of justice for the victims of this act of violence remains steadfast as law enforcement officials continue to delve deeper into the incident.

Arrests and Charges

Two more individuals have now been apprehended in relation to the armed robbery that took place last month. The recently arrested individuals are Question Denard Mitchell, 22, and Quisan Tyree Dozier, 20. Both suspects are facing serious charges in connection with the case.

Mitchell is charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and criminal conspiracy. On the other hand, Dozier has been charged with armed robbery, criminal conspiracy and unlawful neglect of a child. Authorities revealed that these charges came about after evidence surfaced of a child being under Dozier’s care during the crime, although the child was reportedly unharmed.

These arrests follow the earlier apprehension of Joe Lucky Crawford, 19, who was charged with armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a pistol.

Details of the Crime

According to the police, the unfortunate event occurred on June Lane on July 8. Disturbing footage allegedly showing Mitchell holding a firearm to the backs of juveniles and rifling through their pockets was made available via an arrest warrant. As per the available evidence, Dozier was accused of having his young child with him in the Ford F-150 he, Crawford, and Mitchell allegedly used as their getaway vehicle following the robbery. A subsequent revelation from a video found on one of their phones showed Dozier with Crawford and Mitchell shortly after the robbery occurred.

Culprits in Custody

In an update on their status, Crawford, Mitchell, and Dozier are currently being held in the Florence County Detention Center, as per available online booking records. The investigation remains ongoing and the court proceedings for these individuals will be closely watched by the community.
