A Thriving Business Hub Adding More Convenience to The Local Community

A new beacon of commerce illuminated the district of Florence recently as the much-anticipated Dollar Tree finally opened its doors on South Irby Street. With multiple new businesses coming to life across the city’s landscape recently, the latest Dollar Tree location adds to the growing commercial repertoire of Florence.

The beloved dollar store chain took over the locale formerly occupied by Rite Aid, transforming it after months of renovation work. Now, the store stands as an inviting hub of daily shopping for local community members, marking the fourth Dollar Tree store in Florence.

Dollar Tree’s Value Proposition

Dollar Tree has long been renowned for offering a broad array of merchandise. From household essentials such as food and bathroom articles to decorative items and craft supplies, all at the appealing price of $1.25. The store promises a changing assortment of offerings every week, meaning shoppers can regularly discover something new upon each visit. Some branches even extend their merchandise range to provide additional items priced between $3 and $5.

Adding Convenience for Local Shoppers

The newly opened Dollar Tree store on Irby Street is conveniently located within a 3-mile radius of two other Dollar Tree locations in Florence, ensuring that customers can easily access the stores. Along with these, another branch operates from Crossroads Center, adjacent to Magnolia Mall. This dispersion of stores across the city, with the addition of the new location, enhances the convenience for customers in different areas of Florence, catering to their everyday shopping needs.

New Ventures Blossoming Across Florence

The opening of the South Irby Street Dollar Tree is a part of a broader surge of new business openings defining the economic landscape of Florence lately. Among the recent additions, Downcountry Grill established its set up on North Irby Street within the HopeHealth’s Medical Plaza, serving appetizing breakfast and lunch on weekdays.

In the first week of August, the city’s newest Food Lion also started operations at the Florence Mall, located less than half a mile away from yet another new entrant – Ben’s, a bargain outlet store that began trading in early July.

Several other exciting businesses are poised to open their doors in the upcoming months. The city’s sole independent bookstore – Jack’s Books, along with a distinct Bojangles, are expected to unfurl this autumn in downtown Florence.

Dollar Tree Store Location and Timings

Positioned on the corner of Irby and Pine Streets at 204 W. Pine Street, the new Dollar Tree awaits shoppers from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
