He graduated from Dillon High School in 2000, continuing to pursue higher education at Clemson University, where he earned his degree in 2004. His legal studies culminated at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated in 2007. After his graduation, Daniel clerked for the Honorable James E. Lockemy, which was an important stepping stone before he took up his role at the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in 2008.

During his tenure as an assistant solicitor, Daniel faced numerous challenges, handling thousands of cases that included a significant focus on violent and drug crimes. This experience has more than equipped him for the new responsibilities awaiting him at the Parham Law Firm, which handles criminal defense and personal injury cases across South Carolina.
