He kicked off his academic path in pharmacy right here at Francis Marion University in Florence, where he completed his undergraduate pre-pharmacy studies. It didn’t stop there! He continued his education at the Wingate University School of Pharmacy in North Carolina, where he received his doctor of pharmacy degree. During his time there, he was honored to receive the Will H. Darby Pharmacy Scholarship, a testament to his hard work and commitment to the field.
To further enhance his skills, Dr. Hyman completed the rigorous Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Longitudinal Scholars Program. He lined up internships and residencies that provided invaluable experience, notably at McLeod Regional Medical Center. With his clinical interests prominently focused on cardiology and endocrinology, he’s armed with knowledge and expertise that greatly benefits the community.
Now that he’s part of HopeHealth, Dr. Hyman is eager to bring better health solutions closer to home. He’s a proud member of the American Pharmacists Association, emphasizing his commitment to maintaining high standards within the profession. Community members can look forward to a friendly face and expert guidance when it comes to managing their health needs.
