The police in Florence, South Carolina, have reportedly arrested two further suspects alleged to have participated in the robbery and intimidation of minors at gunpoint. The two individuals, who have been identified as Question Mitchell and Quisan Dozier, were arrested on Thursday and are facing charges of robbery. Additionally, Dozier has been slapped with a charge of unlawful neglect of a child on evidences showing he might have brought a young child to the robbery scene.
The charges against the suspects have been raised from an incident that occurred on July 8 along June Lane. Reports indicate that Mitchell, Dozier, and another accomplice identified as Joe Crawford, who has already been apprehended, allegedly went to June Lane with the intent to rob their unsuspecting victims. According to warrants, video evidence from the crime scene revealed Mitchell pointing a gun at the back of the victims’ heads and confiscating their cell phones. Crawford was also seen in the video taking cellphones from the victims.
Despite the frightening nature of the event, reports affirm that no one was physically harmed during the robbery. On escaping the scene, Mitchell and Crawford are reported to have boarded a truck that also had Dozier onboard, indicating that he was aware of their criminal activity; hence, his arrest and charge.
All three suspects linked to the robbery are presently under incarceration at the Florence County Detention Center. Ensuring that justice is served, the police force continues to broaden its investigations into the matter with an appeal to the public to aid with any information that may be beneficial to the investigations.
