In its current season, nine food trucks have been selected to battle it out, but only four remain as of filming in Darlington. The food trucks kicked things off on March 30, serving tasty treats to hungry visitors from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The culinary celebrations continued on March 31, with food trucks teaming up with local businesses to serve up deliciousness from about 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Although filming would resume on April 1, it was a no-sales day for the trucks, allowing cast and crew to focus solely on production. Nevertheless, the excitement remained alive with everyone buzzing about the experiences shared so far.
As if the food truck frenzy wasn’t enough, Darlington was also channeling energy from the upcoming NASCAR Goodyear 400.
