The move comes with a $4 million investment that is expected to create 200 new jobs.

Revolutionising the Commercial Air Conditioning Industry

With patented technology in their armory, Mojave aims to revolutionize the commercial air conditioning industry while maintaining cost competitiveness. The company develops eco-friendly products that curtail negative environmental impacts like excessive carbon dioxide emissions. Mojave’s products also provide a significant improvement in energy efficiency by using less electricity and refrigerant to cool and dehumidify the air.

Strategically Selected location

The Southeastern United States and Texas are the target markets for Mojave, and the company required a location from where it could reach its customers within a day. Anderson County was their prime choice with its easy highway access and its proximity to the Greer Inland Port. The company plans to lease approximately 25,000 square feet of space located at 1428 Pearman Dairy Road in Anderson, with operations slated to begin in late November 2023.

Job Creation and Economic Boost

The establishment of Mojave’s first manufacturing facility in Anderson County is a welcome development for the local economy. The $4 million investment is set to create 200 new jobs that will stimulate economic growth and provide employment opportunities for the residents. People interested in becoming a part of the Mojave team can apply through the company’s career page. The Coordinating Council for Economic Development endorsed job development credits pertaining to the project.
