Then there’s Hunter’s Ridge, which is set to make its mark along Alligator Road. These two developments will create nearly 900 lots over the upcoming decade. To support the economic development in the region, experts estimate that 6,650 new housing units will be necessary in Northern Kentucky over the next five years. Florence isn’t stopping with just homes. A massive new subdivision is already on the drawing board, planned for nearly 300 acres near the intersection of Old Marion Highway and East Palmetto Street.
