Pee Dee investigators recover drugs, firearms after community complaints

A search warrant executed on Friday in Dillon County, South Carolina, resulted in the recovery of illegal narcotics and firearms, according to the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. The evidence was secured from a residence at 2921 Zimp Drive in the Little Rock area, a location under investigation due to repeated community complaints about suspected illegal drug sales.

The search warrant executed on Friday turned up 200 grams of cocaine and approximately four grams of fentanyl. The operation also led to an arrest. According to the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Emmanuel Broddy, a resident of Little Rock, was taken into custody. He now faces charges that include distribution of a cocaine base first offense times three, distribution of a controlled substance, trafficking cocaine between 200 and 400 grams, and trafficking fentanyl between four and 14 grams.
