Raldex Hospitality Appoints Chad Patterson as New CEO and President

Florence Welcomes New Leadership at Raldex Hospitality

Florence, S.C. — Exciting times are ahead for Raldex Hospitality as Chad Patterson has been promoted to CEO and President. This thrilling announcement comes after his recent recognition as the Top General Manager for all Hilton Garden Inns worldwide. Patterson has been an indispensable part of the hotel management company since 2008 and has continually exhibited his expertise in the hospitality industry.

Raldex Hospitality’s Growth and Achievements

With over 26 years of experience under his belt, Patterson has a remarkable background in hospitality leadership. He previously excelled as the Vice President and General Manager at three of the five properties in Florence. Back in 2015, he was honored as the General Manager of the Year for the Hilton Garden Inn brand globally, and his teams consistently rank in the top 5% nationwide.

As Patterson steps up into his new role, he emphasizes that his accomplishments stem from the hard work and dedication of his team. “Success in this industry is about how you work with your team and the people around you,” he stated, showcasing his strong belief in teamwork.

An Inspired Workforce

Employees are echoing their support for Patterson’s leadership style. Ray Turner, the outreach director at Hilton Garden Inn, shared his thoughts, saying, “Chad is one of the best bosses I’ve ever had. He lets you do your job and doesn’t micromanage. In my opinion, Chad taking over as CEO and President is the best thing to happen for Raldex.”

If there’s anything to take away from Patterson’s journey, it’s that he’s been a steadfast presence at Raldex. Robin Osborne, general manager of Staybridge Suites in Florence, reflected, “Chad has been a rock here at Raldex for a very long time. His promotion is certainly well deserved, and I believe his leadership will help us surge forward to be the best Raldex we can be.”

A Commitment to Community and Collaboration

Patterson isn’t all about the numbers or accolades; he truly values the people who work for him. One of his primary goals as CEO is to further enhance Raldex Hospitality’s company culture and foster collaboration across its five hotels. “Our team is the foundation of our success. I’m looking forward to working closely with everyone to ensure we continue to thrive and grow,” Patterson remarked enthusiastically.

Employee Jacqueline Maynard also shared her longstanding appreciation for Patterson, saying, “I’ve known Chad for about 15 years. He worked hard for everything he achieved, and his promotion was well deserved.” This sentiment reflects a strong camaraderie amongst the team and the respect they hold for their new leader.

Looking Ahead: Community Connections

Beyond the hotel walls, Patterson is committed to making a positive impact in the local community. Under his leadership, Raldex Hospitality continues to support vibrant community events, such as the annual Haunted Hotel, which last year attracted nearly 9,000 attendees. “Our community events are a great way for our team to connect with the people we serve, and I’m thrilled to see them continue to grow,” he shared, highlighting the significance of these events.

Long-time employee Velveteen King added her excitement about Patterson’s promotion. “I’ve known Chad for a long time—15 years—and I couldn’t be happier for him in this new role. I was praying for him,” she said, reinforcing the supportive environment at Raldex.

Conclusion: A Bright Future Ahead

As Florence watches closely, Patterson’s new chapter as CEO and President promises to bring innovation and excellence to Raldex Hospitality. With the backing of a dedicated team and a commitment to community engagement, the future looks exceptionally bright. Florence residents can expect to see continued growth and development at Raldex under Patterson’s dynamic leadership!
