Undercover Florence Co. Investigation Leads to Multiple Arrests, Drugs Seized

Uncovering the Illicit Ring

In a strategic blow to the local drug trade, an undercover investigation in Florence County has culminated in multiple arrests and significant seizure of drugs, firearms and illicit cash. Florence County Sherriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators, ably assisted by the SWAT team, executed search warrants at two distinct homes on Cow Pasture Road on Thursday.

The arrest operation marks the end of a month-long clandestine narcotics investigation in the region. In the first targeted home, investigators discovered a cache of cocaine, marijuana, six firearms, and approximately $4,000 in cash, believed to be proceeds from the sale of illegal narcotics.

Arrests Made

During the execution of the search warrant, Kadeem McFadden, was found in possession of marijuana. The uncovered evidence led to his immediate arrest. Another individual, identified as Timothy Lamont McFadden, was also apprehended. Charges levied against Timothy include two counts of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession of cocaine.

The law enforcement action extended to another residence on Cow Pasture Road. Here, Robert Dwayne Ham was apprehended and arrested. Ham faces charges for the distribution of crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Inside this residence, the law enforcement processes led to the discovery of crack cocaine, a controlled substance identified as Adderall, and two firearms.

Path Forward

All arrested individuals, including Kadeem McFadden, Timothy Lamont McFadden, and Robert Dwayne Ham were brought to the Florence County Detention Center for booking. This enforcement action underscores the concerted efforts by local authorities in ensuring law and order in Florence County, and the stringent action taken against those involved in the illegal narcotics trade.

The Florence County Sherriff’s Office and other local enforcement agencies would continue their scrutiny and crackdown on drug-related crimes in the area, highlighting their commitment in ensuring public safety and health. Residents in the area are asked to maintain vigilance and report any suspicious activities to local law enforcement.
